when I put in the $50 voucher number it keeps coming up invalid voucher number. Does anyone know the answer. I have called and get no answer. Is it because of the discount that I also receive. It should be saying that my order is only $5 and change. |

Both discounts won't register when checking out. In the space provided for special instructions type in your voucher. Request that the Spa call you if there is a problem before using your cc. I am certain they will take off your $50.00 voucher. |

Only use your forum discount as the coupon but then you have to mention your voucher code in the comments. |

I have been able to use my voucher and my forum discount with a previous order which they adjusted manually.
Yet for my new order they emailed me and said I cant combine my forum voucher with the Vday discount offered. Why is that???? Also in my opinion the vday is only offered on selected few products not all, so what if someone bought something other than the selected few products. |

There is no way I would expect EDS to add my Forum discount to the Valentine's 30% off certain items!
Let's have some gratitude. (just my opinion, folks)
Now, if you want to order some things that are on sale for 30% off and then use your Forum discount on other items not covered by the Valentine's sale, you could try emailing customer service and see what they say. They might do it but it would probably have to be a manual adjustment. |

Lunarmn I am not talking about the forum discount cause i dont expect them to do that either. I was talking bout the 50 dollar forum voucher i won some time back .
anyway i went to have a look at my account and it seems they have combined my 50 dollar voucher with the vday discount |

OK, thanks for the clarification. And, glad to hear that they combined it manually for you. |
