I need some advice. A few days ago I accidentally kicked the ottoman and cracked my big toenail. It's cracked about halfway down the nail bed on the left side of the nail and I can feel where it's broken at the tip of the nail, but it's still attached. I've trimmed the nail down and filed the edge smooth so it doesn't catch on anything and finish the job. My nails grow pretty quickly, but I'm afraid that it's going to break all the way. It's actually a pretty small piece of the nail, but I worry that it if it breaks, it will become ingrown when it grows back.
Any advice on how to cover it or something so it doesn't break any further? Thanks! |
