I figured this out when I first started to sample MM but I got sidetracked when more and more companies started to pop up.
My skin does better when mica is the first ingredient on the list. I sampled Jlynne and Everyday Minerals to start and I loved the EM. It looked fabulous but then they messed around with formulas, color names, website design snafus, had CS issues with them so I strayed. The perfect match in Light became obsolete with the name changes and formula changes.
I loved the CS at JL but her formula with the titanium listed first dried my face and was too chalky and white.
Tried many other companies and the ones that worked well for me like Lumiere and Blusche, Pure Ananda all had mica listed first as the ingredients.
I still wish I had the original EM Intensive formula as it is not the same as the one out now and it covered supremely but naturally.
I checked out some other lines that might be similar to the EM in ingredients so if anyone has tried these and used EM Light Intensive when it first launched let me know.
They are Emani, Kt Naturals, Makeup Junky, Meow, Miessence, Mineral Basics, Pink Quartz on Etsy, Taylor Made, Sunkissed. |
