Ive been puttin alot of different creams on one side of my face as i used to massage it daily but i discovered that this caused alot of small tiny spots on my face and my skin feels very rough and dry i tried used exfoliating scrubs but my skin starts to sting (where the spots are) and ive used face washes but that doesnt do anything, ive also bought some palmers cocoa butter cream i applied this a few time but im thinking because of the grease it might allow more spots to appear.
Its really getting me down and i dont know what to do i was thinking to just leave it alone dont apply anything to it and in time they will heal, can anyone help me on this? |

I think just stop using the creams and stuff for a while (just give a break). Then it will be healed by itself. I hope you get better... |

For gentle, exfoliation, I think a clarisonic or a clarisonic knock off like Pretika is much better than scrubs. I hope you skin gets better! |

yeah I agreed with the others. Stop using the cream for now and stop the exfoliation. I think the rubbing & massaging are irritating your skin causing those bumps. Stop it for awhile and see how it goes. I hope your skin gets better too |

I'd stay away from stuff like the cocoa butter. And maybe go and have a good facial with extractions to have a clear out.
I'm finding PSF's BHA is a good way to exfoliate without irritation, it gets rid of dead skin cells so you dont get much congestion underneath. |
