| Does anyone know what brand of mascara is oil based? And what the ingredient name might be? I went and browsed around at the store...Maybelline, Loreal, Revlon, etc and they are all water based mascaras. Thanks for your help!! |

I was wondering about the same thing too...
If it's oil based, does not mean it won't smudge as much?? |
