Seeing as how my blindingly white legs could cause car accidents from the glare bouncing off their windshields....I was hoping to get some input on what (if any) spray on self tanners work well for the legs - most turn me orange - or yellow - just looking for a "tan". I've tried creams before, but thought I try something different - like a spray to see if I fared any better. (unless you can recommend an excellent cream. I've used all the usual suspects - Lauder, Jergens, L'oeral, Aveeno, Neostrata, etc)

Anything really good that you've used?

How pathetic that I'm replying to me! Laughing

I forgot to add that I was wondering if anyone had tried the Mystic Tan spray that you can buy at Sephora?

Sorry...I couldn't edit my original post.

My daughter uses neutrogena spray on tanner and it looks really nice on her. I have used au courant in the past and really liked it but it is a little pricey. Sally's beauty supply has a good one made by body drench that I liked.

I currently use an air brush solution called react from reactcosmetics.com. I actually apply it with a microfiber carwash pad. I learned about this method from sunless.com. If you go to the sunless website they have reviews for sunless tanners.

Hope this helps,

Cindy

I liked the Neutrogena Micromist Spray but make sure you really exfoliate before, or you will have blotches. Also spray it at least 10 inches away or you will have streaks. Doesn't smell like the creams which was nice and I didn't turn out orange for once. I am still waiting to find the perfect fake and bake, maybe I will check out the Mystic Tan at Sephora.

I find that no self-tanner does an absolutely perfect job on my legs, so I always use Air Stocking spray on them instead. It gives instant colour, not a lasting tan, but lasts very well until you wash it off with soap and water.

I've been looking for a self tanner as well. I have read some good things about St. Tropez. I think I'm going to try the mousse. Have never had good luck with self tanners but haven't used them in years.

I have been very happy with Clinique self-tanner cream for the body. The result is a very natural, light brown-red tan without any yellow or orange hue. Some people refused to believe me when I told them the colour was not a result of tanning.
