I used to be the Light before EM changed all the names but now its too dark. I accidentally got a bit dark this year and tested my sample again and it seemed okay so I ordered a full size. Its really dark and peachy so I dont even know how they can call it a Light in Golden. By the way, its the Intensive formula I like. I did love the coverage but I added full samples of Golden Fair and Fawn to try to lighten it a bit. Is still a bit dark and peachy.
So I wonder if the Buttered Peach is any match? I dont want to mix. Fawn is too light and Golden Fair is too light as well. My only hope is to do enough acid peels so my skin lightens.
My matches in other lines are Butterscotch Toffee in Blusche, Ivory Chinook in Pure Ananda, 1.4 in JLynne, W3 in Mineral Boutique. |

Hi sakura
EDM used to my HG MMU but I've found that it oxidises on my skin and makes my face look orangey. So I mix it with a very fair shade, so even though it doesnt really match and is lighter than my face, after a while it will darken up.
Do you use the Mint concealer? Cos when I use that quite heavily all over my face, then apply foundation on top, it doesnt look too orange.
Other than mixing, then I cant really suggest anything else. Well except to switch to another brand |

Arrgh! I know! Out of all the one that are matches I found the EM Intensive was perfect in the coverage and how long it lasted. I didnt have to mix before and I really dont now. I guess I can go back to the Mbo. |

Yeah, its a pain in the a***. I bought 2 full sized jars when I used up a sample of the foundation that I thought was the perfect match for me...but after a few weeks, I found it too orange. I'm trying to figure out any other ways to use the foundation like mixing it with body moisturiser for a tanned look or mixing it with face cream, which suprisingly doesnt turn as orange- though I only mix in a tiny bit.
Maybe you could get other suggestions for other usages |
