| I am posting this in hopes that for anyone considering using Hydroderm.....DON'T!! After using this product for no more than 2 weeks I actually look worse. The skin under my eyes now have more wrinkles and is flaky and dry. For a mental picture, think of a prune. I wish I had read this forum before requesting my trail use of this product. |

I had the same experience with Avotox. Fortunately the company was exceptional in refunding me. Are you still in the time period you can be refunded?
If you are, I suggest that you send it UPS and get a tracking #. When ever I buy anything I save my receipt and all documentation. When you return something UPS you have proof of them receiving the product.
Also, if you put it on a credit card and you are within the companies guarantee period let your credit card company resolve the charge.
