I wonder has anyone tried to come up with a DIY recipe for IS Active Serum or Proheal? I love these products but the budget is tight right now.
One suggestion I received from another forum for Proheal was ...add Magnesium ascorbyl phosphate,Retinyl acetate, a drop of anti-ox booster and a few drops of olive leaf extract to Marine nutrient serum or canvas cream.
I'm really not that familiar with DIY so I'm not sure.
Thanks in advance! |

dede you could not DIY Proheal using Magnesium Ascorbyl phosphate since the type of Vitamin C in Proheal is L-ascorbic acid (15%). |

I use the IS Clinical line too - it'd be great if you could make your own since these products cost like $120 for 1 tiny little bottle O.o but man do they work! |

Just out of curiosity, I looked up some of their products and they have a serum with both vitamin C and "copper tripeptide" ...? |

I have never tried doing DIY on any product before. Where do people get those ingredients? And is it safe/effective to mix them yourself? I know that working with vitamin C can be tricky because there are unstable forms of the ingredient and it has to be in a certain form to penetrate properly. Other than that, I don't know much about it but would be interested in finding out. |
