I've been really sloppy with my routine, used to Vit c and a serum with HA in (and jojoba oil for moisture) but I got lazy and just use an over the counter eye gel and Q10 moisturiser.
Anyway, I've been getting sick of the lines under my eyes, especially now I use mineral make up, seems to dry them out even more, so I just bought JB skin prep and CE, can I put make up on over the top of these? Should I use a Vit C serum too and should I use my Q10 moisturiser or is there no need for moisturiser with ADCE? I am really hoping to see some good results with these products!

I can completely identify with you. I had a really crazy year and one of the first things to drop off was my pristine-perfect skincare routine. Never in a million years thought that I'd ever be tempted to go to bed with makeup on, but I was so tired I couldn't care less. Now, my skin is not looking so good and I'm about to start doing something about it.
My mum swears by JB - in particular the skin prep. I have NEVER repurchased a product for her this many times. Whenever there is any occasion that might imply a gift, she reminds me how much better her skin is when she uses skin prep
You can definitely put makeup over the top of skin prep and ADCE. Whether you need a moisturiser is going to depend on your skin. I know that myself I would need at least an eye cream. I use a pressed MMU and that tends to make my skin a bit drier. I am of the opinion that everyone (unless they have a reaction) should be using a vitamin C serum, so I definitely recommend that to you as well. Also, please do not forget to use an SPF, unless you are putting on enough MMU to give the SPF benefits. HTH |
