Does anyone have any recommendations for a good place to get eyebrows shaped? Preferably NOT waxing -- threading/plucking is okay.

I've been to New Visions on Fraser and Silky Touch on Fraser&41st. Even when I ask for them to even out my brows, they turn out uneven Sad. And it's not "a little bit" uneven, it's pretty noticable, especially in pictures (they're literally two entirely different shapes). For some reason, I feel like they turned out uneven because the ladies there don't know how to deal with my eyebrows. My brows are very light and thin and the hair on one brow grows differently than the other.

So now I'm gonna grow them out (yet again) and I'm looking for the best place to get them shaped. Please let me know if you know of any eyebrow shaping experts! I'm flexible with pricing as long as they can fix my brows.
