so do you belive in it?........some articles online even in magazines i read mentioned of this.......best days to encourage hair growth and best days to retard it etc?.

does it work? has anyone tried it in terms of retarding growth?

Yes, I used to follow that advice pretty closely for a while, only cutting my hair in the new moon to make it thicker. But I was younger then and my hair was naturally thicker, so I can't tell if it really worked. I still try to schedule cuts in the new moon when possible, so I guess it became a habit! Let us know your experience with it if you do it on a regular basis!

There was alot of buzz about this some years ago and an astrologer used to be on TV in the mornings giving out the hair cutting days. When she first started doing it she had really thin, stragly hair. Then, as time wore on, her hair just got thicker and thicker - she swore that it was due to the moon cutting dates.
