I recently started the obagi nuderm system and I really don't know what to say about it. It is working my skin is getting lighter, tighter, firmer and my pore size is getting smaller. I have great confidence that in 12 more weeks I will have great skin but right now I am officially going through the ugly process. Any way my question is I am using the entire system 1,2,3,4,5,6 and the trenition 0.1 on my entire face but parts of my face are lighter than others is this normal I am 4 weeks in. My skin was a slight bit lighter in places before this so do you guys have any suggestions as to how I can get my skin to even out or do you think it will over time with the use of the obagi products. With that said I am loving my skin transformation process even with the peeling. By the way I am African American with dark skin. |

Denise, your skin should become more even colored the longer you use Obagi. I have an area of hypopigmentation on one cheek and after my 18 weeks, that area was no longer visible. Everything evens out quite nicely! I do know that for darker skin the Clear should only be used once a day all over, and then just spot treat the dark areas at night before you use the Retin A/Blender. |
