My doctor just put me on Retin-A for my acne. I heard of people on this forum who use the Obagi blender along with the Retin-A to help with hyperpigmentation caused by acne. Does this product really work? It is quite pricey, so i don't know if i should order it.
Will the Obagi blender irritate my skin and cause more breakouts? When should it be used? Is it a cream/gel form? Or would I be better off ordering the Obagi Clear? And what is the difference between the clear and blender?
Sorry lots of questions! |

I answered your question on the other thread! Retin A is mixed with the Blender. Clear is for bleaching and the Blender is meant to be used with Retin A. The Clear and Blender are both creams.
Nu Derm really should be used under a derm (especially when first starting out) as no one knows how their skin will react. It could cause you to break out more initially. And, yes, Nu Derm really does work if used the correct way, the correct amount, for the correct length of time! If you are going to try it on your own, don't forget to use a very good sunscreen every single day! |
