My doctor once talked about some numbing cream made of pepper available at drugstore, but I didn't try that yet. |

Do a search for: dermaroller numbing cream
Select: Skin Tools Forum
Select: Posts (bottom left of search screen)
You will find a ton of recommendations on the various numbing creams and where to buy them. |

I use either Emla Cream or Xylocaine 5% Ointment. Both are available OTC. |

While I've never used the dermaroller, I'm no stranger to numbing products and I have a few favorites you might like, all by Brave Soldier.
The first is my favorite, Brave Soldier First Defense Antibacterial Spray:

It numbs, soothes, moisturizes, and prevents infection. I use it after waxing and when I have a painful break out. And it's so affordable---- only $8!
The next is Brave Soldier Code blue:
http://www.skinstore.com/p-2030-brave-soldier-code-blue.aspx
This gel was designed to be used after waxing and shaving, so in addition to numbing it also contains salicylic acids for break outs. I sometimes use it after waxing, although I generally prefer the spray instead.
The last is Antiseptic Healing ointment:

This is a must have for me--- while I've never used it over large areas (it's an ointment, so it's pretty thick), I love it on cuts and scrapes, after I get my eye brows waxed, and on break outs I, ahem, aggressively extracted.
Depending on what type of product you are looking for, I think any one of these might help with the dermaroller. Good luck! |
