Hi, I am almost 50 and need an eye cream for fine lines. I dont need anything more then that as I dont have bags or circles. I do find that very rich creams cause my eyeliner to bleed so not sure if I should use cream or gel.
Any suggestions for a really good eye product for wrinkles? I may even need something else for droopy upper lids! |

I wouldn't use anything. An eye cream is just facial moisturizer with half the amount of ingredients in it and you're charged twice as much! A good AHA lotion around the orbital bone should do the trick for those lines. |

That sounds good to me. Can you let me know which brands carry an AHA lotion? |

Pixi, I would recommend anything with Vit A and Vit C since they are the top rejuvenating actives.
I am personally using ZO Skin Health Eye Cream, but there are lots of different options available. |

I don't understand Pixermaid. The page I sent is not a chat forum. What do you have to pay??? Explain what you are seeing from your end. |

I tried it too...the link redirects you to the following page where it asks you to pay for a subscription. (I tried it by clicking the link directly, and by copying and pasting - same result)

I love Shu Uemura's new ACE B-G Reinforcing Eye Cream... I love the texture! It's my daily eye cream
For Fine lines I usually use La Roche Posay Redermic for eyes, the results are amazing and lasts, so I only use this when I need to. |

I know about the subscription fee, but thought others could at least see the brands. Oh well, so much for that Bethany. Well worth the money if you really want the "low down". |

I have to second the Karin Herzog. It is the only eye cream I have ever been able to use and not have my sensitive eyes react. Have been using for several months now and love the look of my eye area and my lips, best stuff for lips too. |

My mom is 50 and her eyes are similar to yours. She find HR prodigy eye cream is very suitable for her and it will not damage the eye makeup. |

I disagree with you. I think a good moisturizer is important for the eye area, same as the rest of the body. If we want to look good in and out, we have to "work it"
To Pixi, try whatever you like and see what gets the best result for you. EDS sells a lot of these eye cream... Check them out...
Let me know your results!

My mother used to rave about an eye cream made by Narhex in Australia.
I've never tried it myself but I guess I'm getting to an age where I should. Has anyone else used it? And does anyone know where I can buy it?

I'm glad someone started this thread. I am looking for a good eye cream too. I'm in my mid 30's though but have spend a long time in the sun and am seeing the results now. Same issues though, fine lines, no dark circles. I've tried Caudalie, Decleor Hydra Floral, Dr. H but nothing is really working that great. They give some moisture but no real improvements overall. I've also gone the route of just using my facial moisturizer on the eye area but I think my eyes are too sensitive for that as they water and basically wash off any cream I applied. |

I think read somewhere here that KH products can bleach eyebrows. Is that right? Especially since this is applied near the eyes. Does anyone know? Thanks. |

I am really loving Earth Science's Azulene eye cream--it de-puffs, diminishes fine lines, hydrates all day long, and best of all, costs $13.95 for an ounce of product!

It's my poor lady's alternative to my all time fave eye cream, eyes and lips, by osea.

Yes, it can definitely bleach eyebrows over time if you regularly get the KH eye cream on them. You should be okay though if you simply wipe your brows with a damp cloth after application. |

I recommend Neutrogena Healthy Skin Eye Cream
This cream is relatively inexpensive, and very easy to find. Every drugstore I’ve been to carries it. I also like it that it comes in a tube.
But it contains AHA, which can hurt! When I used this cream, it just burned – not my eyes, but the skin around it. The burning feeling did not fade after a few minutes, and I was very uncomfortable. I had to wash it off.
I think this cream is a great option if you want AHA in your eye cream. It would also be helpful if you’ve used AHA in your regular face products before. But if, like me, you’ve never used any all-over AHA product before, I wouldn’t recommend that you start your AHA experience with an eye cream.
For AHA use in general: one suggestion I’ve heard that you should ease into it by using it every three nights, and then every two nights ... and so on. Also, try first putting it on the inside of your wrist or arm, and see if you can feel the stinging. |
