I think so.
I've been using this product,it makes the skin around my eyes smooth and well-moisturized ,it's really effective to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Excellent value for the money and actual results!! |

| hi sorry do you only get PYCNOGENOL as capsules or as a tonic to drink with water? and are there other super oxidants aswell as this one out there which are as just as good? |

| Eye cream is my least favorite topic because I can't seem to find one I really like. Right now I am not using any. I would like to try Karin Herzog eye cream, but am still on the fence. |

Most eye creams I ever used were placebos.
And still some impressed me much, such as eye cream of nature by valmont, TNS eye cream under skinmedica.
Another suggestion, regularly applied eye mask can do more than eye cream, like AA eye mask by SHISEIDO REVITAL or collagen eye mask by VALMONT. |

I like AA eye mask by SHISEIDO REVITAL too.  |
