I myself have used the tea tree oil stuff from TBS and I would have to say that they didn't do anything for my skin. Are you looking for something that would control your oil? Are you oily because you skin is dehydrated or is the skin really oily? For years I thought I had super oily skin too but it turns out my skin was dehydrated from all the mattifying products I been using therefore it got even more oily. Are you also prone to break outs? I do have several things I would recommend to you but I need to know your skin's condition first |

I would suggest Finacea gel. Do a search for it on EDS. You will see that it has helped a lot of people with oily skin. My skin used to get oily within 15 minutes of washing and since I've been using Finacea I only have to blot once or twice a day. It also helps with acne. HTH. |

I would try Decleor Ylang Ylang aromaessence or their Balm. I currently use the Essential Balm and it has helped my skin balance out just by using it in the past week. I'm sure the Ylang Ylang one would help with oiliness. |

The exfoliation is the most important for oily skin. You should apply BHA regularly everyday. |

Rare minerals night treatment is great for keeping pores under control, and refining oily skin. And EDS sells it, too. |

I agree with this. Sometimes when you use products that aren't suited to you, your skin overcompensates. My brother never uses moisturiser because he gets oily, but because he doesn't use it, his skin works to create more oil to hydrate his skin. Try looking into hydrating products. Not necessarily moisturisers. And I'd probably cut back on the tea tree oil products. |

I'm not going to make any product suggestions because there is way too much out there and I've gone through too many products to suggest just one...but I have found being an oily skinned gal myself that BALANCE is the key. If you over dry your skin (TSB Tea Tree line did just that to me), your face will kick into overdrive and make you more oily...breakouts were my first indicator I was doing this to myself.
If I over moisturize I get the same problem. OY!
I've found that if I use acne treatments, I should just go with a normal cleanser. I don't use toner...too lazy. If I end up with an arsenal of products for oily skin...I end up stripped and in oil production overdrive. |

I would also recommend cutting back onthe tea tree oil products and look into more hydrating products that does not clog pores
try a clay mask that will help extract the excess oil in your skin, I have heard wonderful things about the DDF clay mask, it might be a good option.
exfoliation is also important, try the yogurt mask because the Lactic acid works really well to gently exfoliate your skin without having to use a scrub... most of the scrubs made for oily skin on the market are WAY too harsh and might cause even more oil. |

I used The Body Shop tea tree products. I should see that they didn't improve my skin. Most of the Asia style products are created for skin in good condition. And I think it is difficult for you to purchase Asia cosmetics in North America.
I could recommend some brands with good reputation but they may not ideal for your skin.
1) Kose Japan
2) Shisheido Japan
3)Fancl Japan
4)Shu-uemura Japan
If you have acne-prone skin, do not try cleansing oil of Shu-uemura. It will cause closed comedo. |

actually I have acne prone skin and shu uemura's cleansing oil have helped me so much since a lot of my acne got worse with make up not being removed properly, but instead of using just the cleansing oil I use a cleansing milk after. And the cleansing oil have never gave me any break outs... it only made my skin better |

I agree with Paris, you do not want to overdry your skin. I also have oily skin and that was my big mistake for years. I have found that my skin is now balanced and reacts well to moisturizing products. Right now I am using
Dermalogica Ultracalming Cleanser & Multi-Active Toner
I have had such great succes with these two that I can normally interchange moisturizers depending on what time of the yr it is and/or how adventerous I am. Right now I am using kinerese's moisture light, since I discovered it this summer. IT is a bit light for the winter months, but I have been also using my tinted moisturizer and am not dry. |

I found that using Yonka products have greatly decreased the oiliness of my skin. I've been using the following: Yonka Gel Nettoyant Cleansing Gel, Lotion PNG Normal Oily Skin and the Creme 15. |

Don't over strip your face oil, otherwise more oil will be produced. Try to keep your face moisture-balanced. |
