Anyone using this now? I am interested in the bar soap as well as the liquid version maybe as shampoo and shower gel, and perhaps as a facial cleanser.
I ebayed african black soap and found a seller "naturally mimi's". the seller has a variety of items available but i have been unable to google a review for the seller so i hesitate to order.
i also ran across another site, Nasabb, that sounds awfully familiar. i think this vendor has been mentioned before on the garden of wisdom forum, but i can't remember for sure.
anyone using african black soap and/or have bought from either site? thanks

I have used black soap and ordered from nasabb. It was good soap but I didn't see it do anything for my acne scars so I didn't purchase again. Now I am trying Physician's Choice Phaze 13 pigment bar soap......so we'll see how it goes.
But I had no problems ordering from nasabb though. |

Hi!
Earthen Treasures, another etailer I've ordered from, has a Black African Soap I've used for oily skin in the summer. I did seem to tighten and reduce oiliness without stripping. I would use it again. I don't have acne, so I can't speak to that though. |

YES! Skincareaddicted! I have used Nasabb's black soap several times and love it! It does melt away quickly though and have only used it from the neck down although tried it several times on my face with no problems at all. Well worth the money and it feels novel in that it comes to you as an irregular shaped piece of dark brown soap. Have also used their unrefined shea butter and essential oil for the hair. All very fine products. Their website is the source I visit regularly for skin and hair tips using their products. |

Hi all, thanks for your response. they are really appreciated. i almost ordered from Nasabb but found myself with a cart worth of $40 items (they have awesome coupon deals!), but decided to try naturally mimi's african black soap through ebay for $5 inclusive of shipping.
i have been really bad this month (spent tons on my Osea APC cream, the Zenbiotics foundation pack and the Juara eye cream). i will probably try Nasabb in the near future, their stuff looks great and am glad to hear of all the positive reviews.
does anyone happen to know the pH of african black soap? i am not all that partial to bar soaps for the complexion in the long run since they tend to be too alkaline. |
