Dear everyone,
I added a short chapter on skin handling (massage) skin brushing and umm cold water. Thanks so much to EDS posters for your input and feedback. It's because of you that I learned the book needed it 
I'd like to send it out to people who got the first edition, so if I could trouble you for your email I'll get it out to you ASAP.

Hi Keliu Yes, absolutely downloaders can have update. I'm sorry I didn't make that clear!
