I've just had my 30th BD and all the aging signs on my face are showing, the worst though is my under eye bags, I have dark circles as well, but they are not my priority.
Could anybody recommend eye cream that would target my eye bags, please?

| I think it will depend on what the cause is. Is it fat or just puffy from fluid? If its fat you wont find a topical to help, you rbest bet would be surgery to remove them (IMO). But if its fluid you may have luck with cooling type eye gel masks. |
