Hi all - been reading about MSM on here with interest!

Does anyone from the UK take this, and can you recommend any brands?

I have taken quite a few, and you really need to experiment and see what works for you. A good place to check out though is the Nutricentre in London (which does mail order) and has an online catalogue you can search on MSM, but many supplements are often combined, so with MSM I have taken MSM with Calcium, and an MSM with Magnesium etc.

Biocare and Nutrigold are my favourite two that work well for me.

I remember when I was interested in MSM. I initially bought from Hellania (sp?) and had no luck in seeing the benefits as some ladies here have had. So I started a thread like this asking for the best webby for buying MSM in the UK, and after reading the replies, I decided to buy from a recommended site: http://www.a1msm.co.uk/
Their MSM doesnt contain fillers or addictives and they offer free p+p, and from what I remembered, their CS was friendly and delivery was super fast.

After reading the posts with regards to MSM and its benefits here on EDS, I decided to take them for my acne. But after going through 2 bottles of them, I couldnt see the benefits and I was still suffering from acne. My skin wasnt any better or worse and my hair wasnt thicker. I didnt have any adverse effects, but as I couldnt see what it could do to my skin, I stopped taking it.
Hope it goes well for you Very Happy

Hi, if you are suffering from acne, I will suggest you to cut sugar and dairy product from your diet for a while and see if there is any improvement.
