Hi Girlie's
Okay have now completed my third week of MSM taking and so far this is what i have to report:-
1) Changed over to powder form Opti-msm and up to 2,000mg am + vit c and 2,000mg pm + vit C.
2) Dizziness completely stopped when I changed over to the powder form. However had a cracking headache for first day on powder - but so far no other side affects.
3) I have also popped into my routine EVOO washes every night and morning. Extra Virgin Olive Oil washes - have looked on another site and some girlie's were saying they had some nice side affects from doing this - smaller pores, wrinkles less defined, glowing skin etc... So have also been doing this for 2 weeks.
4) Skin texture - well have to admit my skin looks much much healthier and more glowing - and wrinkles def less refined - think this is from EVOO.
5) Pigmentation marks - my left forehead marks does seem less defined - but only I can see this change. My left check looks terrible - its gone all blotchy (i am sure it wasn't like this before)- in some lights it looks skin/pigmentation blotchy and some other lights it looks just the same - solid mass of pigmentation. However, I do feel that there has been a small small change.
However all in all - my skin looks healthy and glowing. I feel that there has been a tiny change in my pigmentation - but ONLY I can see this change so far in my skin.
Just going into 4th week - and have read in many forums that bad deep pigmentation (that's me to the T) takes at least 6 weeks to see any positive change.
So fingers crossed for me.
Cheers Kezza |
