Ok, this might be a stupid question but I'm just going to post it anyway to see if anyone has any suggestions:
I recently lost the rest of my pregnancy weight with Weight Watchers (yay!) and my body looks fantastic. The only thing that didn't really change is my face! Seriously, I'm at the perfect weight but my face doesn't reflect the weight loss like my body does. I've asked a few others I'm close to and they agree (so it's not all in my head).
I own a Dermal Tone and a Baby Quasar but am not sure if these together (or separately) will do anything for facial slimming. I've done Flex Effect facial exercises and they help a lot with lifting, but not with slimming.
Any ideas?? |

Hi Lilsigngrl,
I think that, as the others mentioned on your other thread with this same topic, there really isn't any way to spot reduce any particular body part or area. (Unfortunately, or I'd definitely be spot reducing some parts and spot increasing others!)
Since you recently lost the weight, it may take a bit of time for your skin to tighten back up again. Give it some time, eat healthy, get regular exercise, drink lots of water to help flush toxins, *try* to get enough sleep - and enjoy your new baby!
Best of luck! |

Hi lilsigngrl
Visit the facial excercise pages on EDS and find the posts from lulu. Perhaps she can recommend an excercise that will help tone your face. Good luck. |

TheOtherLouLou may be who she is referring to...she is the author of Ageless if you dare.
I know you have FE, but people who have FE are seeing some different changes in their faces since starting Ageless, so it may be worth a shot. |

Hi lilsigngrl
sometimes I also have the same problem, my friend who is a beauty expert tell me do the facial excercise every mornig. According to her suggestions, after a few month, my face look slim. So, you can find some facial exercise to do. |

I heard botox to reduce jaw muscles helps to slim your face along the jawline. |

I know there is a E-book and online support (with video) program for reducing face fat. You can google it. |

Anyway, in order to lose fat in the face or anywhere else, you must lose fat until the desired effect is achieve. Spot reduction is a myth. |

You must lose weight in general, and your face will tone up also. There are also exercises you can do to slim your face - there was a thread somewhere about ageless exercises - a lot of people swear by it. |
