It's easy. I like Heathcote & Ivory creams and soaps. I even bought some for my boss and she freaked -she said that I was obviously being paid too much if I could afford them and then I told her the price, well!!!! she asked me where i bought it |

EDS is a good place to shop if you intend to choose some skincare products. |

For everything except food? Pretty much all online. That way, I can shop in my pajamas - and don't have to fight the cranky Christmas crowd! |

I shop early at fall craft shows. Interesting things at antique shows. Amazon.ca for books and movies. Tonight I go to the mall to wrestle with the crowds for gift certificates. I love shopping. |

I give my family cards with money inside - something they can always use!....it's crazy to contribute to the glut of material possessions and buy into the consumerism around Christmas. All the traffic jams, violence at stores and malls (Wal-Mart lately), frazzled shoppers, and credit card debt leave me cold. Scrooge? Of course not! But what does all of it have to do with the spirit of Christmas?
I like doohicus' idea of picking up little things here & there before the holiday crush.....even a small gift is nice when it's something well-chosen, not just a prepackaged box of sausage and cheese from the mall at the last minute - nothing says "Token Gift" more! |

It depends for whom. I bought my dad's present online. The rest of them I just had to shop normally just because it takes me such a longggg time to find something suitable.
Next year I'm sure I will buy a few things here as well. |
