One of my friends is planning to have a baby. however, she is worrying about her daily used skin care products would do harm to baby. Is there any special skin care products for pregnent women? |

I am only aware that a pregnant woman should not use Retin A or any form of A. I would definitely have her check with her OB/GYN for what she can and can't use. |

I used everything during my pregnancy, except Retin-A. My skin changed to very bad in the first 3 months when I had my 2nd one (it's girl), having lots of pimples and the dr. won't recommend any acne cream. I will suggest to keep everything simple and easy for the first 3 months. |

Some of my friends use VICHY and CLARINS products when they were pregnant. They said these two brand are quiet safe and composed of natural ingredients. |

Watch the ingredient list. Anything that is organic and natural is best. Something without many chemicals. |
