Neostrata Skin Brightener contains a whopping 20% of Vitamin C, one of the highest concentrations available in drugstore products.
In clinical studies Neostrata Skin Brightener is claims:

Yes, I did use quite a few high potency Vitmain C serume like:
vivier C High potency (20%)
Cellbone C20ie Absolute C-Serum
Antioxidant Treatment with 20% L-Ascorbic Acid, 0.5% Alpha Tocopherol, 0.5% Idebenone
and currently using
Skinmedica vitamic c
it just the price & potency of Neo. that attracted me today in drugstore today morning. |

I agree that if priced reasonably then worth trying it out. But I don't think it will outperform any of the C serums you are using or used before. I just don't like that fact it is buffered with silicone. |

Me too, I hate when products use silicones, because the cause break outs for me. |
