Julie has stopped making the HA soylift! That was my HG face, neck and eye cream! She said it's on the back burner because she is making a better version, which I tried and it does not even compare! I don't know what she's smoken, because I think that was her best selling product. I am dying with out it! I have emailed her a few times, but apparently she doesn't much care. If anyone else is missing it, could you please email her and ask her to bring it back? Maybe if enough people ask, she might start to care about her customers(I'm just being bitter, she IS generous with samples and such)! I have been using the HA soylift for two years now. Longest I have ever used any face product.
I swear anytime I find a HG product, the formula gets changed or they stop making it! So irritating!
Has anyone ever tried to make a DIY version of the HA soylift? I tried to find all the ingredients on all the usual raw material sites(GOW, bulk actives, and a few others)but I am having a hard time finding a lot of the ingredients. Besides, every time I have tried to make my own version of any product, it never turns out, even if I have all the same ingredients.
So, I would really appreciate any input to Julie. I know a lot of people here have used the HA soylift because that is how I heard about it. I would love it if anyone could help a sister out. Thanks girls~Anji |

Yes, anjim! I love that stuff! I emailed Julie a while ago about bringing it back, but no response. Too busy. Thanks for your review of the New&Improved Version, so that I don't fall for it as well.
Don't you love the way that happens? You get hooked on something and *zip* they d/c it. Thus, the habit of Stocking Up. If you are able to formulate a dupe of this, PLMK the recipe so I can make my own.
Thanks for posting. |

Fawnie! Thanks so much for replying. I am really bumming with out my soylift! We should email her again! She also told me that I could buy the new facelift serum and mix it with the amazing day & eye cream and it would be the same as HA soylift. But, you would have to mix it together every time you use it because it will go bad as soon as it's mixed with the cream, because there are no preservatives or something. I don't see how it would be the same because the ingredients are a lot different in the "new and improved serum". And I'm sure, like anyone would want to mix crap together every time you use the product. No thanks. I think I am just going to keep bugging her till she brings it back!
If she ends up not bringing it back, I may explore a DIY version. I will keep you posted on that. I'm off to send her another email. |

Yeah, I would like to have the original HA Soy Lift back too - in the pump bottle ready-mixed. Life is difficult enough! Wonder why she D/C'd a winner like that...?
Let me know if you come up with a formula! |

Hey Fawnie, I just got this email from Julie:
Hi Its not gone forever. I will make it again in a month or so. However the lifting serum is the ACTIVE ingredient in the ha soy lift. I didn't change that. I simply strained EVERYTHING GOOD from the ha soy lift and put it into a serum.I have all the ingredients ordered. They come by kilos, thousands in cost. When I mix a product I use an entire kilo of things like ubiquinone so cost wise I could NOT afford to make 2 products with the same ingredients. So when the powder arrived to make HA SOY LIFT, I used the actives to make Face Lifting serum. I made it prior, and has 100+ customers who use ha soylift,. USE the lifting serum first and all who replied to my inquirey not only wanted the lifting serum but sent me THREATENING but funny emails,. that I better HURRY and get this new formula made or else. THAT was the strongest customer reaction I had ever had! A few miss the ha soy lift. Its not gone. I can actually MIX it here, by taking equal parts of Lifting serum and Amazing day and eye.. VIOLA!.. instant ha soy! (except the anise but that was for IDENTIFICATION. One time I shipped 100 bottles of body cream to a shop in UK and it was actually HA SOY LIFT (a bad profit move on my end) this was YEARS ago. so I add the anise so IF I ever second guess myself, I KNOW that the anise is the ha soy. Its the only cream in my whole line that I scent.. Julie
So we will see what happens. I will let you know as soon as she makes it. Crossing my fingers! Now I wonder how much this will set me back as far as the progress I had made on the fine eye lines and the lines on my neck. Hopefully, it won't be too bad. But, I tell you, I am going to buy a ton when she makes it again, just in case.. |

What results have you seen with soy lift for your eyes? I dug up a half-used bottle and a few samples to try again, I don't remember every trying it as an eye cream. |

Hi Marina,
I actually use it as my moisturizer twice a day. Also on the lines of my neck and all around my eyes. When I started using the soylift, two years ago, I had just started getting a few fine lines around my eyes. They are not visable at all now. And I am 36! So I'm happy about that. It also has been a major line reducer on my neck!
You should try what you have. I hope it does something for you. Julie actually touts it as an eye cream. When she makes it again(hopefully in a month), you can read info on her website. I do recall when I started using it, I only used a small amount and slowly built up to using more. It is quite powerful and your face may turn a little red, but that lasts about 15-20 minutes max. And I was also using IS clinical active serum, so that may be why I had that reaction. It was not painful, just red.
I would encourage you to stick with it for a few months and see if it makes a difference. I wish I had taken pictures. You may want to. Just to see if it really does anything for you. Good luck and PLEASE post again and let me know how it's working or not working for you. |

Thanks anjim,
There was a lot of interest in this product a while ago on EDS. I started using it and, as usual, got sidetracked. To be honest, I didn't know what to make of it..at the time Julie was touting it as instant lift or tightener (don't quote me on this though). I'll try to find the original thread. Since I 'm in the market for a good eye cream ( and the neck lines are starting) this would be a great time to give it a fair chance. I'll let you know how it goes. If it works, we can all start bugging Julie till she gives in! |

Hey Marina,
Yes, sorry, I guess it wasn't eye "cream" but, eye "lifter", is what she said. I think it does have a little bit of a tightening effect instantly. But, for me it definitely has had an accumulative effect. I also think most people don't use it like I do, but they should!
And bug her we will! |

Hi all,, well im a total Julie obsessive fan. I use her whole range and i look at least 10- 15years younger than my real age . Ive had a skin ultra sound and my skin is actually 10-15 years younger in structure than it should be ad thats since using her range She is the kindest , most amazing, funny trustworthy person ive ever met and her range represents her caring and intelligence. She always responds to my questions and is always happy to advise you on what you should be using.
Her Soy Lift i must say was a winner and im dying for it to come back it just froze those mucles and lifted the face and botoxed it better than botox.
Ive found a great thing with her serum,, once a week i use it 5 times in one night leaving maybe an hour inbetween applications. This gets loads of it into the skin. Then i massage the day and eye cream all over.
The following day my skin looks so firm and almost glass like ive never had so many compliments in my life. It does the lifting , muscle freezing thing that the cream does but ive actually found its more intense than the cream. But i do miss the cream so im going to ask her to bring it back too. Ive mixed the lifting serum and cream together and yes it works like the HA Soy lift!!!!
Must tell you the Miracle peel is a wow too,, having such results with it.
Anyway i could go on all day about how amazing her stuff isbut you would all get bored.
xxx

Hi Danny,
Thank you so much for posting! I really hope you do email Julie and ask her to bring the soylift back. I'm seriously bumming with out it! I have some of the miracle peel as well, but I find it doesn't do much for me. Actually, none of the peels do much for my skin. Not sure why... Oh well..just give me back my soylift Julie!! |

I splurged for the Lifting Serum and added some to my Devita Eye Lift cream....voila! It does the job as well as HA Soy Lift used to do. I apply around my eye area and hold my lids open wiiiiide for a couple minutes til it tightens (you can feel it).
I applied it straight to the front of my throat...a problem area for me....but it didn't do as dramatic a job as with the eyes.
Worth it! |

Danny,
I already bought the Face & Eye Cream and the Lifting Serum. Would it also be beneficial to purchase the HA Soylift since it seems like the Soylift is a mixture of both? I also purchased the TCA Latte. I'm not exactly sure how to correctly use this. Do I use this every night?
Can I put the Lifting Serum on after applying the TCA Latte? The instructions say you can follow with the Face & Eye Cream 30 minutes after the TCA Latte but I'm not sure where the lifting serum fits in. Also I was interested in purchasing the cleanser. It states do not use cleanser before a peel. Is the TCA Latte considered a peel? I know it is weaker than the deeper peels so I'm not sure if it fits in the same category. Thanks in advance for any help since I find the instructions confusing when trying to use multiple products. |

Hello my friend,
Right Ive got some great ideas for you,,, firstly.:-
Firming Serum
Firming serum is amazing for lifting and firming the skin and giving that almost Botoxed firm supported look. If you want to kick start a firming treatment id would cleanse then wait 10 Min's then apply a splodge of the serum and massage into the skin then over the period of an hour apply it up to five times.
Massage in an upwards manner and hold the face in a wide eyes opened look and massage in. Then when that's all massaged in,,, apply your Day and Eye cream all over the face and massage well in.
The next morning you will be shocked at how your skin looks!!!!
The after that use the Serum once in the morning and once at night - only 1 pump needed and then day and eye cream. if you have a special occasion then you can do the five times in an hour method for an extra special treatment. The Serum is amazing,, and got so many actives in it without all the nasties that you find in even the most expensive skin care on the market. The serum does have the same effect as the HA Soy lift,, but the serum has added actives that's makes it far far far more powerful.
CLEANSER-
The cleanser is wonderful ,, its a TCA cleanser but very very mild with only Pure Triple Aloe Vera added . It leaves the skin clean and nourished and calm and not dried out like so many cleansers. its a pleasure to use and i would give it ago as its got non of the Parabens and Sulphates in it like most cleansers.
Its not a peel but will prepare the skin for you treatments and application of-potions and lotions. Its important not to use any cleanser after the application of a peel or during the peeling phase as any cleanser doesn't matter how mild will at this critical phase get rid of important proteins in the skin and cause dryness.
So after a peel if you must the following day its an oily toner to gently wipe over the skin. Or plain warm water as i use. As lets face it the outer layer of my skin is coming away anyway so it doesn't need cleaning,, but to remove make up , an oil based toner will do.
TCA LATTE
Right its a great product and will make you gently peel if that what you want. A good way to use it would be-
1st Idea- Apply a layer onto your face on an evening and then wash it off the following morning, don't apply around the eyes but everywhere else is great. Half an hour later apply your day and eye cream . Keep an eye for the next few days and juts see how your skin is responding,, its a mild peel and we can see how your skin responds,, its may peel or may not peel . In about 7 days if you get no peel then my next trick is in one day apply a layer morning,, noon and night. Then wash off the following morning and apply juts day and eye cream or a mixture of Day and Eye and Firming Serum,, 1 squirt of serum to a dollop of cream.
Then for the next few days just day and eye cream and firming serum and you will start to notice flakes,, then with your ring finger gently massage your face and voila,, your skin will come away with no problem leaving great new skin underneath.
Once the skin has flaked and peeled then get a damp hot ish flannel put a splodge of the day and eye cream and a splodge of the Firming serum and i use the collagen serum and the Bio Identical Hyaluronic Protein infact all the proteins she sells. This is because when the skin peels its very absorbent and it just soaks in the Proteins and Actives and rebuilds the skin. Then i compress,, by holding the flannel firmly to each area of my face ( Cheeks, forehead , and lower cheeks and jaw) this puts protein and actives and moisture deep down into the new skin and lifts and firms and re builds like nothing else can..
2nd idea ,, I get my damp cloth and put 10 squirts of the Latte onto it and a splodge of the day and eye cream. Then i hold the compress onto my face as with the compress before , i do this for maybe 5 or 6 minutes each side,, then i wipe the face over with the flannel after this to get the rest onto my face,, then for good luck i apply a layer of the TCA Latte onto my face and i go to bed,, wow what a lovely peel you will get,,, its amazing,,, and the firmness is great.
3rd Idea
Everyday add a squirt of your TCA latte to your Day and Eye cream and apply to face,, avoiding eye area ( do eye area separately with pure Day and Eye and Firming serum. You will get a sustained gentle peeling and firming effect from this,, also a dollop of the Firming serum mixed in would be great too.
As soon as you peel your skin can be treated with the Latte again as Julie formulated it not to burn the skin. If you have ever got a very very deep peel and your skin feels a bit sunburned loads and loads of Day and Eye cream all over and her Post Peel Rapid Recovery Oil heal the skin very quickly,, or i buy neosporin if i have a particularly deep peel.
HA SOY LIFT CREAM
Its a great product and particularly around the eye area many women and men apply it to a gently opened eye fingers holding open crows feet area and frown lines etc and it locks them into place. But you know what the serum will so the same thing,, and Julie has added so many other actives to the serum its just amazing. Ive used MR Perricones Conformer and can honestly say Ive had far far better results with Julies Serum.
The cream i must say is great for around the eyes bit Ive used both and like them both a huge amount. So i would say maybe give them both a go.
PEELS
The TCA Latte is a nice mild peel and depending on how often and the frequency you apply you will get a nice peel and a lifting firming of the skin. You will find that you get to know your own skin so well that you can devise your own regime and peel as often or as little as you want with as much peeling as you can get or just a gentle peel.
Its a very good beginners peel i started on that and now I'm on the Miracle peel and wow that's blown me away,, i can regulate the peel i want and i mix it with my Firming serum and apply it sometimes nearly every day and a scar i had for 7 years has gone,, and i mean totally gone. So i would try her peels and make sure that incorporate them into your skin care routine as a must have. The changes that you can make to your skin with her products have knocked my sox off.
ABOUT ME
I don't work for JULIE,, I DONT GET PAID BY JULIE AND LIVE THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY BUT JULIE HAS CHANGED MY LIFE WITH HER PRODUCTS. I WAS INVOLED IN A SERIOUS ACCIDENT AND HAD SCARRING OVER MY FACE AND MY FACE WAS SUCH A MESS AND NOW I DONT HAVE A SCAR IN SIGHT AND I LOOK 10 YEARS YOUNGER AT LEAST SO IM NOT DOING THIS FOR ANY PERSONAL GAINS BUT BECAUSE I BELEIVE IN HER AND HER PRODUCTS ARE A MIRACLE.!!!!!!!
PS Shes has a new web site and new products coming soon. Will keep you informed.
xxxx

Danny,
Thank you for taking the time to give me such detailed information. I ordered the HA soylift and cleanser this morning.I am starting to peel from the Latte and have sort of a sunburned look to my face. I purchased the HA soylift because I read you can apply it after your foundation and I think it probably will leave an awesome finish. Will the Latte lose it's effectiveness after a time that I will need to step up to something stronger? How often do you need to do a peel? Thanks again! |
