I am on just over 2 weeks of Ageless and think I am seeing definite changes - my face seems to be filling out slowly..not sure if these are temporary changes (e.g swelling maybe?) as it feels different day to day
For those who have been doing facial exercises for a while - how long did it take to see permanent (consistent) results? |

It took me one month...subtle changes were showing up earlier, but at one month there was no denying that there were definitely significant changes in my marionette lines. |

I can not find out significant change with short-time facial exercise.
But it is effective if you insist to it for a long time. |

ok, to kind of answer my own q, skimming the facial exercises threads it seems that people detect significant changes around the one month mark?
ruk1, I havent noticed any visible changes in my eye area. My major issue here was that I have a hollow/sunken eye area. That hasn't changed significantly, but from what Lou says I think that might improve when my cheeks start to lift..
But I can feel a change, and I think this is from massaging/pinching as well as the eye exercises. The skin feels plumper, more elastic and not as paper thin as when I first started to handle the area. Hopefully if this continues to improve I'll see changes here soon!
Have you noticed any changes in your eye area ruk? |

It took me around 6 weeks to really notice a difference. |

I've been using Ageless for a couple of weeks and while I don't really have much to correct and am using it more as a preventative technique, I'm definitely noticing weight loss in the face. For me this is a good thing. I've been toting around way too much weight for the past 5 years and my face went from a slight heart shape to a big round blob!
The most interesting change, however, is in my husband who is 30. He has horrendous bags under his eyes. He used the day 1 Ageless exercises the other day and the next morning I swear he looked like a different person. It was incredible. The bags were much less prominent and his entire face was more taut, smooth, invigorated. Now if I could just get him to continue! |

Its a very difficult question to answer as it depends a great deal on where you start from.... for example, someone with healthy skin, might get results within a week, but someone with an unhealthy diet and lots of sundamage is going to need a little longer.
What does usually happen though is you get kind of a different feeling or sensation, and a noticable increase in skin thickeness around the 2-3 week mark, and then within a month you will get some noticeable change, and then 3 months, another change, and 6 months more changes. I think facial exercises are very much progressive, in that you keep building on what you got already, and ultimately I think of them as being a very holistic thing to do as your working with your body (rather than against it), and ultimately your improving the circulation, stimulating the lymphatic etc and basically this improves the health of the face, plus your building strength in each muscle and that has the natural by-product of effecting the look of the face. Even to date, I still have aha moments where I notice changes on my face even after all these years, where sometimes I will get more build in an area, or I will find build happening in a different place than previously etc.... but of course I have been doing this a long time. |

I used Ageless for 10 days and notice my eyes look kind of younger, but I am not sure if it's from the exercise or the longer lashes (from using lumigan).
My face generally looks better. |

within 21 days, you will get used to this exercise.
and for more than 2 month, this would work on your face.
But, what's more important is, exercise may not have any effect on your face changing. So, you have to make sure you have enough self-confidence to do so! |

I agree with this. And I have much less time in the trenches than Sean. It's like exercising your body. Adding new exercises to what you have been doing or increasing things, changing things, etc - you continually can see improvements.
And the massage is a MUST.
Nice to hear you still have AHA moments!
