| It's so much easier for my eyes to view a dvd than to read a book. I also think it would be less of a guessing game as to what in the world do they mean. Are there any dvd's that demo facial exercises to follow along with as it goes along? |

| Not a DVD, but Loulou has a video showing the 2 days of exercises. You get a link to that when you purchase her book. |

| There is DVD for FlexEffect program. You can get it on http://www.flexeffect.com , Carole Maggio's Facercise also has a DVD, and Ageless has an online video. |

| TexasStar - just to explain the FlexEffect dvd has 14 mixed range exercises on it, which teach you the various terminology thats needed for the other 40 exercises currently in the current book. There isn't as yet a complete dvd showing all the FE exercises and massage etc (but one will be made in the future). |

I remember seeing the guy who does Happy Face Yoga, and the other day it occured to me where. Its here:

Are these programs the same? I remember seeing Rose's video and he was on that talking about how great the system was, and there are a lot of people who are on his site talking about the benefits of yoga for the face, so just wondering whether it was a different program entirely or a repackaged version of it?
