First moisturizer, then sunscreen. But If you feel the suncreen make your skin dry, you can mix moisturizer & sunscreen together.

Sunscreen is always the last item you put on your face. So moisturizer goes on first.

I wear only an spf 15 tinted moisturizer. This cancels out the need for a separate moisturizer for me.

I apply moisturizer, wait 5-10 minutes, then apply sunscreen. I find if I don't wait a few minutes between the two, the sunscreen tends to ball up, especially the European ones.

Sunscreen should be last. However, while not use the moisturizer with SPF 30!

thanks everyone it is very helpful. I couldn't find info on which to use first.
someone asked why I don't use moistrizer with sunsreen.
I have a very acne prone skin so i have to be careful what I use and how I use it. I currently use a cream that is created to treat burns as a mostrizer(I brought it from some russian drug store in nyc). I started using it a week ago, so far so good. no breakouts. and my face is not dry.
I also use tazorac. so moistrizer and sunscreen are both improtant.
