| Please suggest a sunscreen for a 55 year old. I am going on a Carribean Cruise and want to take good care of my skin but also be active. I have medium fair skin and use it everyday but want to be protected from the tropical sun. Thanks |

| Ho boy! There are several threads on sunscreens already here if you want to do a search! My favorites are: Devita SPF30 Body (zinc oxide in a nice aloe and shea butter base can be used for face and body without irritation, not waterproof), and Avene Emulsion SPF 50+ (a hybrid chemical/physical with Tinosorb for more stability. Water resistant.) |

| Neutrogena has some really good options for face and body. I really like the spray, for body, when I'm going to be outside. It covers well and dried quickly. |

| Whenever I go somewhere where there will be lots of sun I use kinesys and make sure I reapply every 2 hours, plus right after I've been swimming or in the water. I love that's it's spray on so it's fast and easy to apply, plus it's lightweight so it doesn't feel greasy yet the coverage is great. |
