As titled. I'm interested to try the Devita sunscreen for the body or face but it contains Grape Seed Oil. I heard a few here mentioned previously that grape seed oil clogged their pores resulting in small white bumps? So I'm afraid to try it...
Ok my question is... anyone here experienced anything when using this oil on their face or it's just the minority that breaks out from it?
Also, a bit off topic, where exactly can I get a good deal online for the Devita ss? I heard the body version can be used on face as well as it's a better value? And I wonder why how come it labels SPF 30 on the ss for the body but just 30 on the ss for face?? |

Grapeseed oil used straight can be drying and usually only reccomended for oily skin.
I think all oils are YMMV. I'm acne prone and have used this in the past without breaking out but found it too drying to continue to use.
I think Garden of Wisdom sell this. |

I have used grape seed oil purchased from CVS. I can't remember the name of the line, but they made creams for the face and eyes too. The oil worked great and really moisturized my face, but it sat on top of my skin. Other than that I had no problems. |

Grapeseed oil is good for oil skin.
For dry skin the rosehip oil and evening primrose oil is better. |

I use Grape Seed Oil from Prima Vera. It doesn't clog pores on my skin, but my friend has a problem with this oil. I guess it is all depends on the skin type. In the winter, when my skin is dry I can't use Grape Seed Oil, because it makes my skin even dryer.
I have another issue with this oil- it makes my skin look darker...as it has greenish colour, so I use it as a mask only a few hours before I clean my skin. |
