Hi, I believe we were to receive a replacement of the Zo Radical Night Repair if we had ordered a kit late last year. I had ordered mine in December, have not yet received a replacement? |

EDS emailed me a few days ago saying they sent out my replacement. I haven't gotten it yet. I emailed them last week with my invoice number and date of purchase. I requested my replacement and they said they would send it out. If I don't get it in another week or so I'll have to email them again. |

Call EDS or send an email to their customer service, lipglossdoll. That seems to be what the majority of us had to do. |

I thought that we were receiving replacement Jumpstart kits, not just the RNR. Am I wrong? |

That would be nice, but ZO would be nuts to replace 3 other products that had no issues.
And I did have to call and request my replacement, even though we should NOT have had to do that. ZO provided EDS with more than enough replacements AND postage to proactively send replacements to everyone purchasing after 12/1. We were already convenienced enough, and having to follow up with EDS was totally unnecessary.
This is the first letdown for me from an EDS customer service standpoint, but it was a BIG one. |

I've let several ZO purchasers know that the replacement would not come without calling first - I had a heads up also. I believed it should come without a phone call but found out different.
EDS apparently was not planning on sending out without a call and you needed to let them know that it was Defective. Like all of you I was under the impression (as Bethany stated above) that replacement would come no matter what and told the EDS woman at customer service just that. She insisted that noone would get any without the call and only if the RNR was defective. In any case it does appear that Justin is going to take care of anyone who has not gotten theres. i receivied mine last month,very fast.and i did call EDS to put my name on listing to able receiving it. |

I checked my Account by logging in and it shows that my replacement has shipped on 2 February. Thank you Justin (ZO Skin) and EDS! |
