Just a message to say thanks heaps for the speedy delivery of my Dermalogica products. I live miles away in Wellington, New Zealand (land of Peter Jackson and Lord of the Rings) - ordered my products online on 11 October and they were delivered 8 days later on 19 october. Awesome service!!!  |

What Dermalogica products did you ordered? I'm quite impressed with their Barrier Repair and I am still waiting for others who have any experienced with that product. I have a small packets of samples but it's not enough to see any results. Please posts your results with Dermalogica. Thanks |

I am holding out on buying Barrier Repair until I see more feedback too, but I really am dying to try it. The spa I recently visited sells it and I hope to make my decision before my facial early next month. I bought Dermalogica's Skin Smoothing Cream last time and I am loving it!

Hi amyng, NZ and Australia are quite backward when it comes to online experience. With EDS and strawberrynet, they dispatch it within hours of your order and always keep you updated with the process.
I bought products from honey and herbs, which is NZ, and other online retailer from Oz, they just don't have the same sense of urgency like the US, Canadian and HK companies. For instance, they will charge you for items they don't have, put you on back order without telling you.2 weeks come pass and you still haven't been notified of the delay.
Sorry if I over generalise. Please correct me guys if I am wrong.
I love online shopping and EDS / strawberrynet are soo good. |

i agree. i love shopping at EDS. i can take my time reading the detailed product descriptions, then cross reference with forum reviews, and ask the other members as well! EDS is always professional, efficient, and generous. can't ask for more!
i'm usually a buy-it-in-person kinda gal but EDS has reformed me. now, i do most of my shopping online with EDS. the only bad part is waiting for delivery. vroom! vroom! hurry mailman! |

It's arielstar, Ilnia. I think she's working towards a bigger discount and is bringing up page after page of old threads. If you check the name of the last poster, you should be able to tell whether it's one of hers or not. |

thanks. yeah, i was really confused last night. stayed up reading tons of threads of Is Clinical and AlphaDerma. i thought i lost my mind and was so embarassed and a little freaked out.
she is one determine girl, that's for sure!  i like those go-get'em gals! some of the new and old threads are like brick walls/tidal waves... but i do like the freshness. i love reading up on new&old products, and it was getting a tad slow on the forum (especially with the holidays). ~~trying to be broad minded, positive, and diplomatic~~

I noticed that too and it's annoying me too. She only started posting Dec 31st and has over 170 posts! |

The shame is that, if it weren't for the overwhelming volume of posts resurrecting old threads that's making it difficult to find anyone else's posts, I think that arielstar would contribute some interesting points and opinions.
It'd be great if she'd calm down and post on a normal basis. Here's hoping... |

yup, she seems quite informed. i'm sure we could all benefit from her knowledge and experience.
she seems like she in some mania. i'm sure she'll run out of energy soon. |
