Hello All
I am totally confused by this, are they beneficial? I bought Carole Maggio's book and find it very very complicated, any advice would be greately appreicated.

Zelda, I bought Flex Effect and had the same feelings, so it ended up being a paperweight on my nitestand. Embarassed

Then I bought Ageless which is much more simple and less time consuming (5 mins a day/4 days a week). I posted some before and after pics on page 44 of the Ageless thread below, and I'll let you be the judge of whether or not they are beneficial. Smile

I like to exercise my face by speaking A-E-I-O-U again and again. This way would help slim my jaw.

Zelda - Here is a thread about facial exercises:

http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=17697

Ageless thread:

http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=31539

Both worth reading up on.

Flyflyonly - I asked you this before, but with that exercise how could it slim the jaw? Its making a motion for sure and I can see it would use some muscles in making the expression - but I can see how it could possible slim down a jaw as its not going to burn fat as there is little if any resistance used? Where did you read this? Am I the only one who can't see the logic in this one?

I don't see the logic behind this exercise either. I think at minimim it might help your lips a little.. I think there are other simple exercises to help slim the jaw that are probably (more) effective.
