just my luck! added super cop and retin A to my skincare and now i have the uglies....
I have been washing my face with the micro cloth and dabbed on some emu oil.... should i do anything else for the flakes?
Also, do i need to suspend the retin a and supercop.

| Tracy, perhaps take it easy on exfoliating your skin. There's a post here on all the signs of overexfoliating and yours fit pretty well. RetinA exfoliates plus you are using microcloth. Hope it helps! |

| Exfoliate exfoliate exfoliate. The flakes come from dead skin cells sitting on top of the skin which will cause damage. Basically your new skin can't breathe and cell turnover is slow that's why there are flakes. |

| I have over exfoliated once by using too many acne products. I really messed up my skin and it does take awhile to get it back to normal. Pretty much how long it took to do the damage is how long it will take to get it back to normal. The best thing you can do is moisturize you skin. Try a good hyaluronic acid serum with a moisturizing face wash and cream. |

| I'd stop using the super cop as well. Can you use cp serum instead? Or stop with the cp's for a while. |
