| Hi, Ladies! My baby boy is now 18 months and I'm thinking about getting back in shape. Years ago I tried a program called Bodyflex and lost two pant sizes in two weeks. I should have done something before now, but I'm always putting myself off till the last minute. Then when I finally do have time at the end of the day, I'm ready to pass out in bed. I've been approved for bariatric surgery, but I still want to exercise. Have any of you heard of Bodyflex and did you use it? |
