I have been using this for 2 weeks at a time as a treatment around that special time of the month that us ladies all look forward to. 
It is great for helping to speed up the healing of any blemishes on my skin. I also find that if I have been picking (yes, I know I shouldn't!) it works a treat at calming down the redness.
The smell is a strong herbal one. I find it quite pleasant now although it did take some getting used to at first.
I just melt a tiny amount of the product by rubbing it together on my fingertips and then smooth over my skin. Usually just around the T-zone (my problem area).
Like the Aromessence oil, the amount of product seems quite small for the price but as you use so little of it you feel like you are getting your money's worth.
The product comes in a little frosted glass jar and has a plastic spatula so that you don't have to dip your fingers into the product. Very hygienic.
The product is good for helping your skin to purge itself of impurities and it also helps to heal those that have already surfaced.
