I am looking for a face illuminating powder that can brighten up my face but not the type that contains sparkles in it that makes my face shine!

Any recommendations are appreciated! Thanks! Wink

Try "Glow" by Pur Minerals. You can find it at shop at home tv (which is the website if you run the letters together.) I am fair with a reddish complexion and it really helps tone down the red while giving me a "brighter" look.

I'm still tempted to try Bare Minerals Clear Radiance after it sprung up in conversation here a while a go (didn't even know it existed). I find that YSL semi-loose powder is good but tends to go too sparkly in very bright light (as I recently found out Mad ). The MMU powder in "virgin" is quite good as well and you can get it cheap in a little trial sifter jar that will last you quite a while.

Clinique also has a glowy powder but I have found that to be too sparkly for me.

Hi Girls Razz

I just received my Benefit High Beam complexion enhancer on Friday. Have yet to get "all dolled up" and use it to the max, but is seems very natural yet effective. You get a glow but not a sparkle queen like your ready for New Year's Eve.

I'd check it out if I were you. Think it will be good for giving you a "waked up" look when your skin is kinda dreary and dull.
