I've got some little white bumps under my eyes. They're probably milia. After reading some earlier posts here, I decide to use some BHA to get rid of them. But since it's undereye area, I'm really cautious and would like to find a gentle formula. Any recommendations?
ps, I have acne prone skin but never had any luck with BHA products. They seem to irritate my skin a lot, making it red, thin and sensitive. |

Have you tried Paula's Choice ? she has different formulas for different skin types , also you might be best to go slow with using them at first, say every other day and a weaker solution until your skin can take more, |

I think the gentlest BHA serum I've used is the skinbiology one, i think its called exfol serum. I did a review on that in the product review sub-forum. Out of the many BHA products I've used, it was so gentle...too weak for my skin really. I was more used to strong serums, even though the exfol serum containss 2% salicylic acid.
You could give that a try. Its on EDS and its very reasonably priced! |

Neutrogena 3 in 1 Hydrating treatment has very high ratings on MUA. It's the only one I've tried that doesn't sting so my dd uses it. |

I love the PSF one. It keeps congestion at bay but is much gentler than the PTR one I used before. |

I will also suggest Paula's Choice. I'm sensitive and have good luck with her 2% BHA liquid but you may want to start with the 1%. I would also suggest start off using every other day so your skin can adjust without becoming too irritated/dry. |

I actually did start with Paula's 1% BHA lotion for my acnes but it was a nightmare.
The rest probably expired by now.
Does anyone know whether the Neutrogena one is available in Canada? Haven't seen this one before in SDM. |

Maybe you'd try either Neostrata or Exuviance products; they are the market leader in AHA, BHA & Bionic technology. |
