| Has anyone tried eva fraser's facial exercises? Just wondering how they compare to all the others? |

I actually began my facial exercising journey with Eva's mostly (ok not exactly true I tried facial magic for a while but wasn't committed enough to follow it through) and went and had sessions with Eva in London, and they were great for the first few years they did open up my eyes, and gave my skin a rosey glow, but when I hit my mid 50's things took a turning. They didn't seem to work like they had been and so I turned my attention to trying out others. Now I do a bit of a mix and match with several programs, and thats what most of the girls who do facial exercises do. They all have their benefits!

| I purchased her book off eBay for $10.00 it arrived in the mail today. Having a quick look over it, it seems really complex but is only a small book. I wanted to start facial exercises but not at the price of some programs. I shall update in a couple of months. |
