I've never posted a personal recommendation here before but I've been doing Pilates for a few years and I can honestly say that I've finally found the best instructor I've ever had. I am blown away and happy at the same time. She has a body I strive for so she clearly practices what she preaches and understands the intricacies and subtleties of touch and movement. I'm very impressed by her ability to make everything seem more intuitive.
She has many years of experience in Pilates (I think over 10years )and takes courses outside of it which accentuate her teaching. Her class feels like a holistic experience, and elevates the experience into an art form. She just moved to Vancouver from Australia not too long ago. I'm trying to get as many sessions as possible before her Visa runs out.
If you happen to be looking for a Pilates teacher in Vancouver, PM me for contact info. I don't know how she would feel putting her full name up.
I am not clumsy or out of shape but when I take a class with this lady, I can't help but feel like I still have alot to learn. I feel like I'm an elephant compared to her. Good thing she is so sincerely nice. I feel so fortunate. |
