This stuff is advertised as cellulite cream, but I can't see any change in that-- probably because I have too much fat under the cellulite-- but it is terrific at spot reduction!! I spread it on my thighs, stomach, fatty back waist, butt, etc. IT WORKS! It's available at GNC.

I didn't have any luck with this product either on spot reduction or cellulite. I went through two tubes. Glad it worked for you.

Even tho they say not to use it on your face, I'm using it on my neck and jowls and it is working.

What do ou mean by spot reduction , did you lose weight on the scale or in inches, if so did you use it with a exercise plan or not? you posts got me really interested !!

The makers of it call it spot reduction. It helps dissolve fat where ever you put it.

You lose weight in inches. I don't have an exercise plan. You just put it on your skin. It is odorless and it absorbs pretty quickly.

I've been waiting for my local GNC to get some in.

But how did you determine you were able to spot reduce? Did you measure before and after? If so, how long did it take to see results? How many inches have you lost and where?

I have specific problems with my legs. Are you doing anything else InkyProse? I have a feeling my legs have looked worse since starting bcp.

What is bcp?

And yes, I have done something that I cannot really recommend on the board, but it works for me. I've already done it once and I am hooked. I have an ionic footbath which is designed to pull toxins from your system. Well, I've used the machine as a footbath for about 8 months now and I've noticed that the bottom parts of my legs seem to look like the fat has been taken out of where the water comes up to, right above my ankles. WELL, I got the brilliant idea that I would just put the doggone thing in my tub and fill the water up to my waist-- and I feel that I have lost some 'toxins' along with a little fat (it is supposed to draw a little fat out too). This one looks like the one I have:

Sorry Bira, I missed this one.

I just eyeball it and my clothes are looser. The results can be felt/seen the next day. I've gone from a size 18 pants to size 14.

You were too fast! I edited that post and answered that question. Smile

I've gone from a size 18 to a size 14 pants. It's helped my thighs a lot too. And with no exercise!

Yeah, like I said, I'm not recommending it, but I'm OK with it.

It pulled some black stuff out of my tummy toward the end of the session. I haven't been getting that with my feet. I'm thinking it's probably from my liver.

My next experiment is to dermaroll my thighs and then put the Oligo on afterward, so it will go deeper. I only have the 1.5 roller and have the .5 and .3 on their way. I suppose I should get something like a 3.0, but I'm spending a lot of money.

Well, I only did it once to my knees and it turned out OK. I'd had some broken caps that are less noticable now (because the skin has thickened, I think). I do think it was a little more effective than just using the Oligo alone.

I love Oligo. It doesn't smell bad and soaks right into your skin. EDS sells it also.
