Hi all,
While i was away for holidays in Hong Kong, i came across this shop called Yamada Miyura- which sells japan-made health foods, supplments and skin care products. I bought 1 product to try, called Royal Jelly cream for oily skin, and seems to be working quite well! This company owns their own bee farm and produce all the RJ skincare themselves.
bit about my skin: oily, i cant use those products which has powders in the creams to absorb excess oil, i found them to clog my pores. Also i can use anything with Silicone in it as it does the same.
This RJ Cream doesnt have neither. It contains royal jelly, vitmain c and lots of natural plant extracts. Its supposed to lighten freckles, tighten pores and highly moisturising for skin.
i have used it for less than a week, i've noticed my skin is already lighter, makes my skin smoother, pores are smaller as soon as you apply the cream but then it gets back to big after a few hours (im very oily). It makes me slightly less oily though becasue i think my skin creates less oil because it has enough nourishment from this cream. Overall i love it, but yeh nothing dramatic oil-controlling wise.
Texture wise it is not the best, its a little sticky at first but it will settle. It has a slight scent of honey undertone which is nice. Anyway just thought i'd share a product review with you all
Also last thing, i just got confirmation from their store that their RJ Sunscreen does contain Silicone, so dont buy it for those who are allergic. |
