Has anyone who has used a blue LED for Acne tell me how it has worked for you?

I just bought one from the LED man and have used it twice so far. I've noticed some clogged pores getting larger and more inflammed while some blemishes have settled down some.

I am also using 302 products right now and wonder if my clogged pores are purging. I've been using 302 for 6 wks or so and just noticed the enlarging comedomes after using the blue LED.

Can you tell me if you noticed anything like that and how long it took to see some improvements?

I recently purchased that same blue LED from the LED man, and I've only used it once on a recent cystic spot that started forming due to a sunscreen that didn't agree with my skin. I did a 3 minute spot treatment and the swelling has gone down and I don't think it will be coming to a head. If I press, it still feels sore and a little bit raised but I'm thrilled, as usually when I get a cyst it hangs around for a month and gets swollen & inflamed but never amounts to much as far as extractions go. I think I'll be using it plenty. I also have an amber light & red/infrared light from prolightaesthetics.com and they always work wonders for me.

Allison - do you use your red and infrared lights for the acne or the anti-aging when you said you get great results?

I've been using the blue/red LED light (I had a combo made) for about a week now and the blemishes that had broken out badly are settling down nicely. Those clogged pores that popped up are a bit smaller/less numerous, but still there. I think those will disappate with the use of 302 products.

I've used the lights w/ some CPs a few times too and the combo seems to do a really good job together.

I think in a few more days, my skin will have cleared up completely. I've had only one or 2 new breakouts since I started using the lights and those have healed up fairly quickly.

LED Man's lights are not the prettiest, but they work just fine.

The red/infra & amber lights have not helped with active acne. They've helped with red marks from previous breakouts and overall texture & tone, as well as lines & wrinkles and firming my skin. I was in a hurry the first time I tried my blue light, so I used it by itself but from now on I'll use it with the red/infra as Rita suggests. The blue by itself did work miracles on that cystic breakout. What are CPs?

Prolight Blue was absolutely useless for me - zero help with acne, and mine were not even cystic.

copper peptides: Primarily anti-aging, but also scar reduction and sometimes mole reduction or elimination. Some users recommend them just for healing after peels and microdermabrasion.

I purchased the Acne LightStim for my 19 yr old son (and for me)and he has had the most wonderful improvement in less than 2 weeks. He is also using Differin at night but without the LightStim he was not getting any positive results from it, just red irritated raw looking skin. The LightStim calmed his face as well and it is not as red as before.

I was browsing and found your post on this thread. Whatever happened to the results you were going to get on the 3in1 handheld from L2K Question I'm trying to decide on that or an AALS.

Thanks!
