| Hi guys i have a chicken pox scar just above my near the middle of my forhead i really want to try and get rid of it has any one got any good surjestions? Thanks for your time guys Vincey! |

Some people are using needling for acne scarring. I would suggest you read the whole, very informative thread. I have a scar on my wrist I have just begun rolling. I am following proper protocol as laid out in this thread and hope my results are optimal...If so, I am going to try rolling on three chicken pox scars near my eyebrows. |

| by scar do u mean it as a depressed one or rather a flat scar that is de-pigmented? I got the former the most, which was more of a crater-like type to better describe it. |

I had many strechmarks and decided to try Bio Oil... They recommend to use it twice a day during 3 months! And... after 3 WEEKS my strechmarks are almost gone yet!
I think you should try Bio Oil! |

Vinceybaby, I got a chicken pox scar just like yours right smack in the middle of the forehead! In fact, it's exactly the spot where one would draw an Indian bindi 
Oh the dermaroller thread is SO loooong! I guess I will have to wade through it at some point.. Sigh, I just spent a whole week reading through the L2K thread and I'vegot horrible neck pain to show for it! And it's about 40 pages shorter than the dermaroller one!!

| hehe dont you just hate long threads ..... but oh well! I ordered a Dermaroller of e-bay and will test that out soon and i got bio oil and a chemical peel sooo hopefully i can work my magic |
