Hi,
I've been searching around for a good night moisturizer for comb-oily, acne prone skin but haven't found any yet. I've been told many brands dont make night ;creams; for combo-oily skin..
Any recommendations are appreciated! or even day creams that you guys would suggest except mattifying ones or ones with spf.
(i've tried decleor, dr.brandt, clinique)
Thank you so much! |

If you have some dryness you need to address take a look at Cerave. There are many good reviews on makeup alley even from people with oily skin. Also if you email the company requesting samples (google for address) they will likely send them. |

Sounds like we have similar skin. At night I'd use a retinoid. You may need to build up to full strength by buffering. I actually adore emu oil. Great for skin like ours but you just need a couple of drops. |

The Oil Absorbing lotion or The Moisturizing Gel Cream by La Mer may be suitable for you. |

I tried lots of night cream. Some are not thick enough. Some make me break out. The only one I like is Mario Badescu seaweed night cream. |

I used the Good Night's Sleep cream by EA and liked it. It is quite moisturizing and the lavender smell is amazing. |

I use Skinceuticals Renew Overnight Oily cream. I haven't had a problem with breakouts with this one. This is a cream, not a lotion. Here is the description:
"Ideal for combination or oily skin, this nighttime skin-refining moisturizer diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by hydrating and exfoliating the skin.
Special extracts help replenish moisture, while a 10% hydroxy acid blend gently exfoliates to help restore a healthy, radiant complexion. Added tangerine oil helps clear acneic, congested skin." |
