Hi,
I bought a Maybelline Volume XL Plumping Lipgloss a couple of weeks ago. I had read that it would make my lips plump up, and get a little bit of Angelina Jolie effect to my lips.
But, nothing happens. A slight tingling feeling in the lips, and then nothing.. didn't even last long on the lips.
Now I wounder - have anyone of you girls tried this type of product, and did it work? |

I use a product called "lip venom", which is a clear lip gloss that you apply to your lips. It really tingles and does make my lips seem fuller. however the effects are only temporary and you do need to keep re-applying. |

Lip Fusion XL is the best that I have tried, but it makes my lips peel horribly after a few days. |

I tried Maybelline XL and thought it was totally worthless! I would recommend Lip Venom Second Sin--- it plumps lips up right away, but also contains an ingredient to increase fullness over time. |

OK, this Lip Venom, seems interesting.
What ingredient could that be, to modify my lips overtime - I thought that only injections could have that "permanent" effect? |

As a lip-plumper lover, I've used Lip Venom, Lip Fusion and Too-faced lip injection in the past.
1. Too-faced lip injection works the best to give me a super plump and pouty red lips which last for a few hours, although it has a rather strong stinging and tingling sensation.
2. Lip Fusion also plumps up my lips a bit without much stinging. And the best thing is that if I put it on before bed, i will wake up with a very soft, smooth and hydrated lips.
3. Lip Venom doesn't do much for my lips except from creating a tingling sensation.
The best combination for me is to apply Lip fusion at night and Too-faced at daytime, which really makes my lips look YOUNGER and FULLER. |

Thank you for very good suggestions. Lip Fusion plumper is a must try for me! Just so that I have understood it correctly, the Lip Fusion Plumper are a nighttime treatment "only"? |

Yes, Lip Fusion Lip Plumper with Micro-Injected Collagen is recommended to use as a nighttime treatment for optimal results. |

The Lip Fusion XL is the night treatment, the other Lip Fusion glosses are for daytime. |

Not lucyluc, but I recently bought the Lip Blush Plumping Balm. I noticed a very slight tingling that made me feel like my lips were plumper, but I didn't notice any change when I looked in the mirror. And after using L2K exclusively for 2 years, I found this gloss to be very sticky feeling on my lips. The gloss goes on clear and turns pink, and I like the colour but it's back to L2K for me. |
