Hi: I just started wearing a white 'lab coat' to work. I notice I get "ring around the collar". Is this from a dirty neck? Maybe I have to wash the back of my neck more thoroughly or is this normal? My hair is not long enough to be an issue.
I am thinking a piece of surgical gauze type tape on the back of my lab coat, that I can remove daily, will at least help with the staining on the coat.
Other ideas on how to eliminate this issue?
Thanks ! |

You could try spraying the collar fabric with Dr Mist. I started spraying the armpit areas on DH's white dress shirts and it has prevented the fabric from yellowing. I don't know if it would work for your situation but it might.
I've been wanting to try this:
